Merrill Magnolia is a fast-growing deciduous tree with a rounded crown.  Fragrant white star shaped flowers blushed with faint pink at the base bloom in spring before the foliage emerges.  The ovate medium green leaves turn coppery-bronze in fall.  Best color in full sun and moist, slightly-acidic, well-drained soil.
