Miss Frances Crape Myrtle is a rounded deciduous shrub with a spreading habit and grey-orange bark at maturity.  The foliage is a glossy dark green while large red panicles bloom in summer.  Best color in full sun and rich well-drained soil.  Drought tolerant once established.
