Wynstar Willow Oak is a fast-growing native deciduous tree with a dense uniform structure that is broadly pyramidal when young.  Its rich dark green willow-like foliage emerges burgundy red and orange in fall. The round acorns are an important source of food for wildlife.  Best grown in full sun and rich, moist well-drained soils.  Tolerates wet soils.  Wynstar is resistant to spider mite damage.
